What We Do Roadside
Back On The Road, Instead of needing a tow
Not every roadside assistance problem requires a tow. When you’re stranded on the shoulder in West Texas, these are the calls we handle every day — most of them get you back on the road without hauling your vehicle anywhere.

Why Drivers Call Us

Staying Safe On The Shoulder
Once you’ve called, a few minutes of caution keeps you safe until we arrive. Passing traffic is the real danger on a West Texas roadside — here’s what to do.
STEP 01
Get Clear Of Traffic
Move your vehicle as far off the road as you safely can — onto the shoulder or into a lot if one’s nearby. The farther from passing traffic, the better. Turn on your hazard lights.

STEP 02
Make Yourself Seen
If you can’t get all the way off the road, the next best thing is to set out reflective triangles or flares behind your vehicle, spaced far enough back to warn oncoming drivers you’ve stopped.

STEP 03
Exit Away From Traffic
When exiting your vehicle, use the passenger side, stay away from passing cars, and wait somewhere safe off the roadway—distracted drivers can worsen roadside vehicle problems.

Roadside Assistance FAQs
Absolutely. We’ll provide you with a paid receipt you can submit to your insurance company or roadside plan. Just ask when we arrive.
Yes. We help light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles — a stranded car or a big rig on the shoulder of I-20. Whatever you’re driving, we’ve got the equipment to get you back on the road or moved safely.
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Breakdowns don’t keep business hours and neither do we. Call any hour and a real person picks up and help is on the way.
It depends on where you are and what’s already on the road, but we run two yards — Odessa and Monahans — so we can usually reach anywhere in between quickly along the I-20 corridor. Call and tell us your location and we’ll give you an honest ETA, not a number we can’t hit. We dispatch 24 hours a day.
We handle the roadside problems that leave you stranded: jump-starts for dead batteries, lockout service to get you back into your vehicle, flat tire changes, fuel delivery when you run out of gas, and winch-outs when you slide off the road or get stuck in the sand. If it can’t be fixed roadside, we can tow you from the same call.
