Q: Can you help with accident recovery and deal with our insurance company?

Yes — and we know that when one of your trucks is involved in an accident, the last thing you want is to also be managing a towing company that needs hand-holding. We handle heavy accident recovery including uprighting overturned vehicles, load transfers, and scene cleanup. We work directly with your insurance provider and give them everything they need. Our job is to make a bad situation easier to deal with, not harder. We've been doing this long enough to know how to move through it efficiently.

Q: Are you really available at 2 AM on a Saturday?

Yes. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including every holiday on the calendar. Oil and gas doesn't take days off, and we understood that from day one when we started this company. Call at 3 AM on Christmas morning and someone will pick up and a truck will roll. That's a promise.

Q: How does a fleet account work, and is it worth setting up?

If you're managing more than a couple of trucks, it's worth a five-minute conversation. Fleet account customers get priority dispatch, a direct line to our team, and consolidated monthly invoicing — so your field supervisors and drivers can just call us and go, without dealing with payment on the side of a highway. Q: Can you actually reach remote pad sites and lease roads?

Yes — and we do it all the time. We work remote locations across Ector, Midland, Ward, Winkler, and Andrews counties on a regular basis. If you have GPS coordinates or can describe the general area, we'll get our driver there. We know these roads, we know the sand, and we know the quirks of the terrain out here. That's one of the real advantages of calling a local company instead of dispatching someone from out of the Basin.

Q: Are your trucks DOT-approved and insured?

Yes. Our fleet of tow trucks undergoes and passes rigorous annual DOT inspections, and we carry full insurance for all operations, including heavy-duty towing and impound storage.
